Why use a consultant?

Most refusals come down to avoidable mistakes: the wrong permit, a salary that doesn’t count the way the applicant thought, or a missing document. We check every detail before your application goes in, and if the Department comes back with questions, we deal with them.

The right permit

We match your job and salary to the permit that fits, and tell you if there's a better route.

Every document checked

A clear checklist for you and your employer, and a full check before submission.

Less of your time

We prepare and submit the application and follow it up with the Department.

Ongoing support

Renewals, changes of employer and your next steps, such as Stamp 4, when the time comes.

Applications we help with

  • Critical Skills Employment Permit. For skilled roles in short supply. Your family can apply to join you straight away, and you can apply for Stamp 4 from 21 months.
  • General Employment Permit. For most other jobs.
  • Moving from a Stamp 2 or Stamp 1G to a Stamp 1. Moving from student or graduate permission to a Stamp 1 once you have a job offer and an employment permit, including Stamp 1G extensions where they’re available.
  • Change of employer. Usually possible after nine months on your first permit.
  • Reactivation Employment Permit. If you came to Ireland on a permit but lost your permission through no fault of your own, or after being exploited at work.
  • Family. Spouses, partners and children of Critical Skills permit holders and researchers, and visas for dependent elderly relatives.
  • Visas, Stamp 4 and citizenship. Entry visas, the move to Stamp 4, and citizenship applications.

What to have ready for your free assessment

  • Your job title and the employer’s name
  • Your annual salary, and anything else included in it
  • Your nationality, and your current permission if you’re already in Ireland (for example Stamp 2 or Stamp 1G)
  • Your highest qualification and when you received it

Most people from outside the EEA, the UK and Switzerland need an employment permit to work in Ireland. If you already hold Stamp 4, you probably don't, so ask us before you apply.
